Each plan includes one annual maintenance tune-up for your covered HVAC system—your furnace, A/C, or both, depending on your setup. There’s also a yearly water heater safety check, plus discounts on filters, repairs, and replacements.

If you’re on the Worry-Free Plan, you’re covered for up to $1,500 a year in parts and labour. If you’re on the Essential Plan, you’ll still get 10% off repair costs or filters.
