ATCO Energy is a Proud Partner of the 2026 Grey Cup Festival, taking place from November 11–14 at Stampede Park. Calgary is throwing the biggest football party in the country, and we’re bringing the energy and bringing people together to celebrate.
It all starts in October with Warm Up Calgary, a winter clothing drive in support of our community partner, WINS (Women In Need Society). It wraps up at the Warming Zone presented by ATCO Energy, where you’ll find crackling firepits, good company and free hand warmers.

When Calgary hosts the 2026 Grey Cup Festival, the whole city shows up for concerts, parties, rodeos and football fans in every colour of jersey. We’re proud to be part of it.
There’s something special about Alberta hosting the country’s biggest football celebration. As an Alberta energy company, we’re proud to be part of welcoming Canadians with the kind of warmth and hospitality our home province is known for.
That means a clothing drive that helps Calgarians get ready for winter, and a cozy spot at Stampede Park where fans can take a break, swap stories and get a free photo keepsake to take home.
Warm Up Calgary | October 15–18
In support of our community partner WINS, we’re collecting gently used winter clothing and gear for the whole family, from infants to adults. If it’s warm and in good shape, consider donating it. It could become someone’s winter essential.

Why WINS
WINS supports women and families across Calgary. As their Official Energy Provider, we keep the lights on and the heat running at their seven retail locations and donation centre.
Our teams have fundraised, volunteered and run donation drives with them too. When we wanted to help Calgary get ready for winter, we knew exactly who to call.

Here’s the part where your generosity pays off. Drop off your winter gear and you could spend Grey Cup Festival week at its biggest parties.
We have three Ultimate Grey Cup Festival Experience Prize Packs for Two to give away, so you can bring a friend, a family member, or a coworker along for the fun.

One donation gets you one entry, whether you bring a single pair of mittens or a whole trunk full.
Warming Zones presented by ATCO Energy at the Street Festival | November 11–14
Come find us at the ATCO Energy Warming Zone in Lot 3 at Stampede Park. It’s part of the free outdoor programming at the 2026 Grey Cup Festival, so no ticket is needed. Just follow the glow of the firepits.

There’s something about a crackling fire that brings out the best stories, so we’re giving them a place to be told.
Join us for short, casual conversations with community leaders, athletes, CFL personalities and other special guests. There’s no podium and no slideshow. Just good stories and a warm seat to hear them from.

You’ve got stories too, and we’d love to hear them. Maybe it’s the Grey Cup moment you still bring up every November, the football tradition your family refuses to skip, or the game you cheered so hard you lost your voice. It could even be what community and connection mean to you. Pull up a chair and share yours.

Want to take a little Grey Cup Festival memory home? Bring the whole family to our AI photobooth in the Family Zone, inside the BMO Centre, from November 12–14, 11 am – 9 pm.
In just a minute, you’ll see yourselves decked out in the Festival gear and ready to cheer. It’s completely free, and you’ll walk away with a fun photo keepsake to share with your friends and family.
And while you’re there, come and say hi to our friendly ATCO Energy advisors. They’ll be happy to chat about energy plans, answer your questions, and fill you in on our latest offer.
