My Account is no longer just a place to manage your plan and pay bills. It’s where you can take advantage of perks and benefits of being an ATCO Energy customer.
You’ll see exclusive energy offers and rewards, plus monthly deals to help you save on home services like furnace and A/C tune-up, maintenance, and repairs, duct and dryer vent cleaning, and more. They’re easy to claim, and worth checking every time you log in.

Set up automatic payments
You can set up pre-authorized payments in just a few clicks. Choose what works for you: automatic bank withdrawal or credit card payment.
Once it’s set, your payments are taken care of. No reminders, no late fees to worry about. And if you need to change your details, updating them is just as easy.
Want to pay each bill yourself? A new one-time credit card payment feature is now available. Simply log in, choose your amount, confirm your details, and you’re done.

Schedule your move without the hassle
Moving is a long list of small stresses. Your energy doesn’t need to be one of them.
You can now move your energy in just a few minutes. Easily update where you’re moving and when, and we’ll make sure your energy is ready the day you get the keys.

Check your balance and bills
Your bill is the first thing most people want to see, so we made it the easiest thing to find. The new My Account gives you a clean, simple view of your current balance, latest bill, and billing history.
You’ll also see your energy consumption in a visual graph that helps you spot patterns and quickly understand how your daily and seasonal habits impact your energy costs.

Review your energy plan
My Account now gives you a clear view of your current energy plan with rates and renewal date, so you always know exactly what you’re paying and when your plan expires.
You can also compare and switch plans right from your dashboard. No phone calls or waiting on hold. Just a few minutes and you’re all set.

Update your account info
Need to update your personal details, secondary contact, address, or communication preferences? It’s quick and straightforward in the new My Account. Make the change, save it, move on with your day.
